My dad was a man of many talents, Barber, Artist,Musician, and a Chef. He pride himself on being an immaculate man, always making sure everything was neat, clean and organized. Most important he was a great FATHER.
There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about my friend. I miss him so much. We had so much fun, and spent so many good times together. I thought about him so much today, that I just decided to google his name, and found this web site. He would have me laughing all the time. We even laughed about that gold tooth with the star in it!
I was happy to see pictures of Vanita and the grandchildren. They have grown so much!
Vanita, and Vance, stay strong and remember what your father taught you. He was very proud of you both and loved you unconditionally.

To My Dad
It's so hard to say good-bye to you. Right now I honestly don't know what to do. I am trying to keep my head up and take care of business as you always taught us to do, but it is hard not to shed tears.
I keep remembering what you always said, take care of your business and to always look out for one another. You told us that we were all that each other had.
You taught us what a father should be and what a Man is supposed to be. Your directions and guidance never fell on deaf ears. You went by many names:To some Van, Buddy Boy, Bones,Mr. Allen, but to me you were always DADDY. Love always Vanita.
